The club's motto is "RUGBY for ALL".

In addition to the senior XV, there is an "A" XV which plays friendlies against Premiership and Division One "A" teams, a Vets XV (the Dragons),the Phoenix XVs whose main side play in the Yorkshire Division 3 league, a Ladies' XV (the Demons), the U19 Academy and a complete mini and junior rugby programme covering all age groups from 6 to 17 years.

All teams have qualified Coaches and always welcome new players.
