Lynn Howells had a warm welcome waiting for the squad as they return from their weeks break. As soon as the lads arrived at Castle Park our Director of Rugby had them out working and preparing for the coming game against Plymouth Albion away.

" I've given them a challenge to win the last eight games of the season, and the work starts right now" Lynn told us about the return to training.

With plenty of warming up and stretching to be done the lads split into groups and began their routines that will prepare them for the games to come.
